Car Accidents Can Really Do a Number on Your Back

I’m a good driver. Unfortunately I had to locate a chiropractor in Phoenix AZ after someone who wasn’t a good driver hit me on my morning commute. I was sitting at a light when he rear ended me. Unfortunately I had removed my seat belt in order to pick up the mug of coffee I dropped on the floor. The impact threw me into the steering wheel which set off the air bag. I had a lot of cuts and bruises from that device, but what happened is that the air bag wrenched me back into the seat and twisted my back. I couldn’t move a muscle as the rescue workers carried me out of the car and into the ambulance.

The hospital did what they could, but my back pain persisted. Continue reading “Car Accidents Can Really Do a Number on Your Back”

An Easier Pregnancy Because of My Chiropractor

I knew that my body was going to change when I became pregnant, and I was actually looking forward to that. I am still amazed at the role a woman plays in becoming a mother, and that is after having three children of my own. However, when I was pregnant with my first child, I was not prepared for the pain that would come even before the labor. I had some people in my pregnancy support forums tell me to research Pleasanton chiropractors because the right chiropractor would be one of the most valuable people on my pregnancy team.

I can definitely understand that now, but I was clueless then. Continue reading “An Easier Pregnancy Because of My Chiropractor”

My Mom Wants to Walk Normal Again

My mom was having a hard time getting around. When she would stand, it would often take her at least a minute to be able to bear the weight on her legs before she could start walking. She saw a vascular surgeon, who did perform surgery, but it did not really help her any. She was still having a hard time walking, and the doctor suggested that she see either a Sacramento chiropractor or podiatrist to see if they would be able to help her. He said there was simply nothing left for him to do.

We were disillusioned that she had went through a surgery that did not help, but we decided to go ahead and take his suggestion. Continue reading “My Mom Wants to Walk Normal Again”

I Woke Up in a Lot of Pain

I woke up one morning several months ago feeling pain all over. I figured I had just slept wrong, so I gave it a day to work itself out. It didn’t though, and I knew that I had to go see my doctor because I just couldn’t take the pain. I was able to get in that day to see him, and he did some testing but nothing came back as to the reason why I was hurting that way. He suggested that I see a Sacramento chiropractor because it could have been something easily fixed just by having a manipulation done.

I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I had to go online to find one. Even though I was in a lot of pain, I still took my time looking for one. Continue reading “I Woke Up in a Lot of Pain”

I Am Going to the Police Academy

I have finished with school, after taking a two year course in law enforcement at the community college that seemed best. I had already been in the Army for a couple of years, and I have been working to get ready for this ever since I got out of the service. Now I am supposed to buy my own gear. I have a semiautomatic pistol, although it is problematic since I picked it up in Iraq and I guess it is illegal. I have a Blazeray tactical flashlight, but it is not all that expensive and I sort of think that at some point I would need to get something that is better. They may be used as a weapon obviously and you are going to want to make certain that when you hit someone with your light, that it still continues to function as a light. That is going to be real important if you are out there with the bad guys.Continue reading “I Am Going to the Police Academy”
